Terms of use

Using ScienceVerse

• ScienceVerse is for learning. Content is reviewed before it is published, but it is educational material, not professional advice.
• Experiments have a safety classification and supervision requirement. Follow them, and do not substitute materials or skip steps.
• Please do not misuse the service: no scraping at a rate that affects other people, no attempts to bypass limits or access controls, and no attempts to get the AI tutor to produce harmful content.

Accounts

• Adults can create accounts. Children use managed profiles created by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for them.
• Keep your password private. Tell us if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings (see the privacy notice for the subscription exception).

Plans and payment

• ScienceVerse is free to learn with. Plus and Family are paid monthly subscriptions that add depth and higher limits; the prices and what each plan includes are on the Plans page.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see your card details.
• Family is for one household: one subscription covers the guardian and their managed child profiles, up to the limit shown on the Plans page.

Cancelling and refunds

• You can cancel at any time from Family > Manage plan. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
• If a plan ends, your account, progress and any existing child profiles are kept; you just cannot use paid-only features or add profiles beyond the free limit.
• If you think you have been charged in error, or would like a refund, contact support@toinmoi-ai.com. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under UK consumer law.

The AI tutor

The tutor answers from ScienceVerse's approved sources and says when it is unsure. It can still be wrong, so check important things against the cited sources. We limit how many questions you can ask each day, depending on your plan.

Changes and contact
